The new QuestX identity positioned the company as a modern roadside assistance leader, giving insurers, automotive partners, and customers greater confidence in its services. The refreshed brand helped Questx showcase its technology platform and nationwide reach, setting the stage for expansion and new partnerships.
That transformation paved the way for QuestX’s next chapter. The company later merged with Nation Safe Drivers, creating one of the largest roadside providers in North America. For oak&air™, this project was proof of how the right brand strategy can turn an established company into a market leader ready for growth.
